Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Zera Creators platform (“Service”) operated by Zera Creators (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Zera Creators is a creator analytics and brand-deal matchmaking platform. The Service collects and analyses publicly available social-media data to generate creator scores, rankings and performance reports for marketing-suitability purposes.
Scope & limitations. Scores, rankings, Coach output and any other content produced by the Service are provided for informational purposes onlyand do not constitute: (i) endorsements or guarantees of any creator’s quality, honesty, or financial performance; (ii) investment, trading, legal, tax or accounting advice; (iii) a recommendation to open or close any position in any financial instrument; or (iv) a determination that any creator is suitable for any particular brand or audience.
Regulatory status. Zera Creators is NOTa consumer reporting agency under the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and does not produce “consumer reports” as defined by that Act. Zera Creators is NOTa nationally-recognized statistical rating organization (NRSRO) under SEC Rule 17g, an investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, a broker-dealer, or a credit-rating agency within the meaning of any U.S., U.K., or E.U. financial-services legislation. Our scores rate brand-deal readiness — a marketing metric — not creditworthiness, trading skill, or investment safety. Where our marketing describes Zera as “credit-bureau-like” or uses “rating” language, it is analogical; no regulated-agency status is claimed or should be inferred.
No reliance. Brands, agencies, advertisers and any third party that uses our scores for their own decisions do so at their own risk and must conduct their own due diligence. Creators and users should not rely on Zera output as a substitute for professional advice. Trading involves risk of loss.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as necessary.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- Certain features require a paid subscription plan. Subscriptions are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.
- All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service.
- We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice.
5. Referral Programme
The referral programme has been retired. Historical referral activity remains in our audit logs for compliance and any outstanding earned balances will be honoured on request via support. No new referral credit accrues.
6. Data Collection & Public Information
The Service collects and processes publicly available social-media data. By using the Service you acknowledge that scores and rankings are derived from public information and that we are not responsible for the accuracy of underlying third-party data. 7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download data from the Service beyond normal use.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Misrepresent scores or rankings generated by the Service in a misleading manner.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology comprising the Service are owned by Zera Creators or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any scores, rankings or analytics.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zera Creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and any active subscription is cancelled.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
