1. Who We Are
Zera Creators (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Zera Creators platform at zeracreators.com. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at hello@zeracreators.com.
2. Information We Collect
- Account data— name, email address and profile information you provide when signing up.
- Social-media data — publicly available profile and content data from platforms such as YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, collected to generate creator scores and analytics.
- OAuth tokens— when you connect a YouTube account we receive read-only API credentials via OAuth 2.0. Tokens are encrypted at rest and used solely to retrieve your channel analytics.
- Payment data— processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; we retain only the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers needed to manage your plan.
- Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, pages visited and interactions with the platform, collected automatically via server logs and cookies.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and improve the platform and its features.
- Generate creator scores, rankings and analytics reports.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Send transactional emails (account confirmations, receipts, security alerts).
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your authenticated session and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect platform functionality.
5. Third-Party Services
- Stripe— payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy).
- Vercel— hosting and infrastructure (Vercel Privacy Policy).
- YouTube API Services — read-only access governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. You may revoke access at any time via your Google Security Settings.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage for OAuth tokens, and role-based access controls. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we continually review and improve our safeguards.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Aggregated, anonymised analytics may be retained indefinitely.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@zeracreators.com.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
