01 · THE FRAMEWORK

Opens with a reframe promise ('becomes easier when you realize') that lowers resistance before delivering the payload. Middle is a rapid-fire enumerated list , each item names format, effort level, and duration in one breath, with visual proof cuts synced to each item. Close is a two-part payoff: a casual 'oh and just like that' minimizer followed by a benefit statement that flatters the viewer for having just consumed the list.

02 · THE CTA PATTERN

No explicit CTA , relies on implicit save signal triggered by the list's utility as a repeatable weekly reference.

03 · TRANSLATE IT FOR TRADERS

- Open with 'X becomes easier when you realize' to pre-sell a reframe before delivering tactical content , lowers skepticism in the first 2 seconds - Structure lists by pairing effort level with format type and duration in every single line item (e.g. 'one medium-effort 30-second reel') , this makes the list feel engineered, not vague - Sync visual B-roll or example cuts to each list item so the viewer sees proof at the exact moment each claim lands - Use the word 'one' as a repeating anchor at the start of each list item , it signals simplicity and prevents overwhelm - Close with a casual minimizer phrase ('oh and just like that') before the benefit statement , it makes the outcome feel effortless and earned simultaneously - Frame the benefit as collective ('we strategically balanced') to create a sense of co-authorship with the viewer, not instruction from above - Keep total word count under 120 words for a framework video , density of information per second is the retention mechanism, not length
