Transform self-focused posts into audience-value content by adding context layers

01 · THE FRAMEWORK

Opens with a direct prohibition ('Do not post your matcha') to create pattern-interrupt, then immediately reframes the prohibited action with a list of value-adding alternatives , demonstrating the fix in real time. Middle section generalizes the rule across a second example (running) to prove it's a system, not a one-off tip. Close shifts from content format to language mechanics: swap first-person pronouns for second-person to reframe the audience relationship. Ends with an emotional imperative to lock in the principle.

02 · THE CTA PATTERN

No explicit CTA , relies on implicit follow / save signal.

03 · TRANSLATE IT FOR TRADERS

- Open with a one-sentence prohibition ('Do not post X') before offering any positive advice , the ban creates immediate tension and stops the scroll. - Follow every prohibition with a rapid-fire list of 4-6 specific alternatives using the same subject ('how many calories, how often, what's your favorite…') , this shows the fix is easy and replicable. - Repeat the core rule across two different examples (coffee → running) to signal it's a transferable system, not a niche tip , this increases perceived authority. - Explicitly swap first-person language for second-person in your scripts: replace 'I did this' with 'you do this' and 'we did this' with 'you guys should do this' , make the pronoun shift mechanical and visible to the audience. - Frame every piece of content as 'about them, not about you' , apply this to trading content by replacing 'I made X today' with 'here's how you can spot this setup before it moves.' - When addressing the camera, write and deliver as if speaking to exactly one person , remove plural framing ('everyone,' 'traders') and use singular direct address to increase emotional proximity. - Use the 'context layer' formula for any lifestyle or results post: asset shown + why + how often + how long + what it does for you , this converts a vanity post into an informational one without changing the visual.
