01 · THE FRAMEWORK

Opens with a universal behavior (spending time) then immediately introduces a gap ('but not deeply intentional') to create mild tension. Delivers exactly three numbered questions in sequence, each structured as a binary choice (contribute OR distract, energize OR drain, support OR undermine). Closes each question with a one-line social proof or relatable label ('shiny object syndrome,' 'ambivalent relationships') that validates the listener's existing experience. No hard close , ends on a consequence-framing statement about sustainability.

02 · THE CTA PATTERN

No explicit CTA , relies on implicit follow / save signal.

03 · TRANSLATE IT FOR TRADERS

- Open with 'Every day you [common behavior]' then pivot with 'but' to expose a gap in how they do it , this creates instant relevance without attacking the viewer - Structure advice as exactly 3 numbered questions, not tips or steps , questions force internal engagement and feel less prescriptive - Frame each question as a binary (A or B) so the viewer self-sorts without needing to be told what to do - After each question, drop a one-line label or named concept ('shiny object syndrome,' 'ambivalent relationships') , named concepts increase shareability and save-rate - Use 'we' and 'us' throughout instead of 'you' to lower defensiveness on sensitive topics (relationships, lifestyle choices, priorities) - End on a consequence statement ('not sustainable or long-term') rather than a motivational close , consequence framing lands harder than encouragement - Apply this exact structure to trading/prop firm content: 'Three questions I ask before I take a trade / join a prop firm / add a strategy to my plan'
