STEAL THIS · CROSS-NICHE PATTERN
Contrarian anti-AI rant used to assert deep domain authority

Hook types
contrariannegationconfessionauthority
01 · THE FRAMEWORK
Opens with a provocative attack on a common behavior (AI scripting) to immediately signal contrarian stance. Middle layers in personal authority credentials , listing specific skills to prove the point isn't hollow. Closes with a consequence-based warning (future credibility damage) plus a binary ultimatum: stop the crutch or learn the subject matter. The loop is: attack common practice → prove personal legitimacy → threaten future pain → issue directive.
02 · THE CTA PATTERN
Implicit directive to stop using AI and develop real knowledge , no follow/link CTA, relies on the rant's emotional charge to drive saves and shares.
03 · TRANSLATE IT FOR TRADERS
- Open with a direct attack on a behavior your target audience is currently doing ('Using X is proof you don't know your subject') , positions you as the honest voice in the room
- Name the specific dollar outcome ($100k/month) inside the argument, not as a promise but as a qualifier for who the advice applies to
- List 5-8 granular skill names mid-video (not vague categories) to convert a rant into a credibility signal , specificity replaces a résumé
- Use a near-future consequence frame ('in the next year or two, people will know') to create urgency without making a falsifiable prediction today
- Repeat the core accusation word-for-word at least twice (here: 'if you actually knew your shit') , repetition makes the thesis feel like a conviction, not an opinion
- Profanity used selectively on emphasis words only , functions as a pattern-interrupt and authenticity marker without becoming noise
- Frame the audience's current tool (AI) as a symptom of a deeper problem (not knowing the subject) , this reframes the attack as diagnostic, making it harder to dismiss as gatekeeping
