01 · THE FRAMEWORK
Opens with a trend-validation claim ('this is working right now') to establish urgency and relevance, then immediately pivots to a timed promise ('in 60 seconds') that sets viewer expectation. Middle delivers a strict sequential walkthrough , each step is one discrete action, no explanation of why, only what to do next. Closes by delivering the finished output visually, then drops a single comment-bait CTA tied to a specific keyword that unlocks the resource.
02 · THE CTA PATTERN
Comment-bait CTA: viewer comments a specific keyword ('deck') to receive the prompt , creates engagement signal, boosts algorithmic reach, and gates the asset behind a micro-action.
03 · TRANSLATE IT FOR TRADERS
- Open with a social-proof trend claim in the first sentence ('this format is working right now') before stating what the video teaches , frames the content as timely, not evergreen filler
- Attach a time constraint to the promise in the first 5 words ('in 60 seconds') , sets a completion expectation that reduces scroll-off
- Structure the tutorial as numbered imperative commands only: 'Open X → Click Y → Paste Z' , no filler explanation between steps
- Include one optional power-move step mid-tutorial ('ask for 2-3 versions before committing') , gives intermediate users a bonus without slowing beginners
- Show the finished output on screen before the CTA , visual proof of result functions as the close, not verbal persuasion
- Gate a resource (prompt, template, checklist) behind a specific comment keyword , one word CTAs ('comment DECK') outperform 'link in bio' for comment-volume and reach
- Keep total step count under 7 , tutorials that exceed 7 steps in a short-form format lose the '60-second' credibility implied in the hook
