Subscription & billing

Candela is free to try, with a weekly Candela Pro subscription for unlimited reads. Subscriptions are billed and managed by the App Store — manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Restoring a purchase on a new device: open the paywall and tap Restore.

Delete your account & data

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: Profile, then Delete account. It takes effect immediately. You can also ask by emailing info@zeracreators.com, and we handle emailed requests within 30 days. Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel that in Settings. See our Privacy Policy.
